At dystore.eu, operated by PEDRO J MONTES S.L., the return policy is carried out in accordance with current Spanish legislation, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as its subsequent amendments.

1. Right of Withdrawal Period
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need to justify the decision.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product (portable speaker, portable audio system, or accessory) must meet the following conditions:

Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and undamaged.

Product condition: The device must show no signs of use, must not be linked to user accounts, and must not display any traces of configuration or handling. All protective films, labels, and seals must remain intact.

Package contents: The return must include all original components (charging cables, straps, instructions, and any other included accessories).

3. Return Costs

Withdrawal (change of mind):
If the product is returned within the legally established period and meets all the conditions of this policy, PEDRO J MONTES S.L. will cover the return shipping costs. The return will be processed at no additional cost to the customer, and the full amount will be refunded.

Defective product or order error:
If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, PEDRO J MONTES S.L. will cover all return costs. In this case, the provisions of the Warranty Policy will also apply.

4. Return or Exchange Procedure
To process a return, the following steps must be followed:

Send a request to info@dystore.eu indicating the order number and the product to be returned.

Receive confirmation and return instructions from customer support.

Once the request is confirmed, a courier pickup will be arranged at the address provided by the customer.

6. Reasons for Refusal of Return
The return may be refused in the following cases:

Presence of physical damage (scratches, impacts, signs of use).

Evidence of contact with water beyond declared specifications.

Device linked to a user account.

Incomplete return (missing components).

Failure to comply with the 14-day return notification period.
