In accordance with current Spanish regulations, our products are covered by the mandatory legal warranty in case of any lack of conformity detected by the customer.
1. Warranty Period
In compliance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, all new products purchased from our store include a legal warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery.
2. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and any lack of conformity not caused by misuse, impacts, contact with unauthorized liquids, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. This includes:
Product structure and components: Defects in the casing, buttons, connectors, controls, or integrated elements from origin.
Sound system: Manufacturing faults in speakers, internal playback systems, or audio components, provided they are not caused by misuse or external damage.
Battery and charging: Manufacturing defects in the battery, cable, charging base, adapter, or charging system.
Accessories: Manufacturing defects in parts supplied with the product or other components included by the manufacturer.
3. Warranty Document (Invoice)
To process any claim, the valid and mandatory document is your purchase invoice.
A physical stamp or additional warranty card is not required.
The invoice will be sent to you by email after purchase and will be available in your customer account on dystore.eu.
The warranty is linked to the order and, where applicable, to the product reference or serial number.
4. How to handle a claim
If your product presents an issue, the process is simple and efficient:
Contact: Notify us of the issue by sending an email to info@dystore.eu. Please include your order number and product reference.
Evaluation: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Logistics: If a physical inspection is required, we will provide instructions for sending the product to our service center.
No cost: If the issue is covered under warranty, repair, replacement, or the applicable solution, as well as shipping costs, will be completely free for the customer.
